Citizens is free for individual users and anyone can create an account. Simply follow these steps:

  • Enter your email address, choose a password, enter it twice and click the Register button.

  • After you've clicked the Register button, a notification will appear confirming that we have sent you an email with a confirmation link. The email you gave on registering is reproduced here so you can check for any typos you might have made.

  • Access your email and click the Confirm My Email button in the email from Citizens.

  1. You are already registered as a user. You may have registered before or, more likely, your school or institution may have registered you on your behalf. In this case, please use the reset password process.

  2. Emails from Citizens are being blocked by your email provider or the IT at your school or university. In the case of the latter, please ask your IT team to add join-citizens.com and amazonses.com to their whitelist of approved email ids. In the case of the former, or if you are not able to speak to your IT team, please email [email protected] for help.

  • After clicking your email link, you will be taken directly to Citizens and logged in. As a new user, you will be greeted with a blank profile. Add your first action and start filling in your wheel/s...
